Compensation Specialist

Position Summary
This position supports HR functions, emphasizing compensation and benefits. It involves developing and analyzing workforce metrics for data-driven HR solutions, embracing improvement and automation. The individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

$65,000 - $70,000

Requirements:

Two (2) years of current work experience related to HR with a focus on Compensation in a corporate setting
Knowledge of compensation analysis, including design of all programs, processes, and guidelines related to compensation management, and overseeing all variable pay plans.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field or (4) years of experience as a compensation analyst
