Key Responsibilities: Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers regarding their loan and credit card accounts. Provide empathetic and knowledgeable service for customers accounts in bankruptcy, accounts in charged-off status, and accounts that are part of a deceased customer's estate. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in an inbound call center environment, preferably with a financial institution. Strong knowledge of loan and credit card servicing, including account statuses involving bankruptcy and estates. Candidates must reside in San Antonio, Texas. Relocation is not provided for this position.
