Collections Specialist - Bankruptcy

We are seeking a Collections Specialist with at least one year of inbound call center experience, specifically in servicing loans and credit cards in complex financial situations. This role requires a compassionate, detail-oriented individual who can assist members navigating financial hardship, including accounts in bankruptcy, charge-off, and deceased estate statuses. Key Responsibilities: Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers regarding their loan and credit card accounts. Provide empathetic and knowledgeable service for customers accounts in bankruptcy, accounts in charged-off status, and accounts that are part of a deceased customer's estate. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in an inbound call center environment, preferably with a financial institution. Strong knowledge of loan and credit card servicing, including account statuses involving bankruptcy and estates. Candidates must reside in San Antonio, Texas. Relocation is not provided for this position.
