Description
This senior level management position is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including budgeting, timely financial filings & reporting, cash flow management, Accounting dept., and cash control. Establishes and maintains the organization's overall accounting systems, procedures, and policies. Presents findings and recommendations to executive management and ownership.
Expectations:
* Oversee and manage the Accounting Manager and AR & AP Supervisors.
* Strategize with management to achieve their profit goals for all divisions.
* Consistently demonstrate ample knowledge of all aspects and responsibilities of each section of business you oversee.
* Primary responsibility for the planning, implementing, managing, and controlling of all financial-related activities for the company and advise senior management on all financial matters.
* Partner with upper management on all operational and strategic issues as they arise; provide strategic recommendations to management based on financial analysis and projections, cost identification and allocation, and revenue/expense analysis.
* Demonstrate commitment to the organization's mission, vision, and values.
* Work with management to achieve an annual revenue growth.

* Evaluate and communicate the organization's financial performance.
* Participate in the development of financial business plans and programs.
* Create and provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets and financial reports.
