Program Manager, Data & AI Commercialization

This Program Manager will play a key role in supporting the Data & AI Commercialization team, which is passionate about unlocking the power of T-Mobile's data and developing AI capabilities to deliver transformative solutions for internal and external enterprise needs.

This role is responsible for handling internal workflows, leading all aspects of our consent program, assisting central planning, and providing transparency into commercialization efforts. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and has experience in project management, data governance, and operational execution.

Lead all aspects of Data & AI's consent program, including privacy compliance, development coordination, improvement planning, and KPI tracking.

Develop and maintain roadmaps, dashboards, reporting tools, and supervising mechanisms to provide real-time insight into commercialization initiatives.

Support execution of commercialization initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategy and operational achievements.

Partner with product, engineering, science, and business teams to coordinate results and handle dependencies (e.g., privacy and cybersecurity submissions).

Facilitate customer communication, providing project updates, risk assessments, and process improvements to working teams.

Identify and mitigate risks related to data usage, and compliance adherence, advancing issues as needed.

Drive process optimization and automation, improving operational efficiency for Data & AI governance workflows.

Support documentation and standardization of standard methodologies for data capability deployment, consent management, and compliance tracking.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management or equivalent education (Required).

Work Experience:

3-5 years of experience in project management, business operations, or AI/data-related program management (Required).

Dashboard & reporting tool experience; like PowerBI, Tableau, Excel (Required).

Project tracking tool experience; like Jira, Asana, or Monday.com, or similar (Required).

Experience in consent management, data governance, or compliance-related projects (Preferred).

Wireless industry or telecommunications experience (Preferred).

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (Preferred).

Base Pay Range: $64,300 - $116,100

Corporate Bonus Target: 10%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
