Full Charge Bookkeeper/Accounting/Business Office ManagerFull time, 40 hours per weekFlexible schedule (can correspond with school hours), lucrative pay, vacation, healthcare benefits package, 401k The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting and business tasks of the Carnegie of Homestead, including but not limited to processing vendor invoices; entering receipts and deposits; processing payroll and various personnel forms; entry of concert reconciliations and event tracking; assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial reports and records; assist with the preparation of monthly reconciliation and reporting, annual budget, audit and 990 tax preparation; maintain gift and grant tracking; assist with room rentals; and provide assistance to the various CLoH Directors, staff, and Board of Trustees.A degree in accounting or equivalent experience. At least 3 years' experience in similar role. Nonprofit or construction financial management experience a plus.QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel) experience is required. Experience in a complex nonprofit with multiple service programs is a plus.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Employee is subject to a criminal background and youth clearance check.
