  • This position is part of the Accounting Automation team within our Finance division, responsible for providing support to Coupa users, Accounting Automation, Finance, and Procurement groups.

What you'll do

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Coupa Administrator to ensure optimal performance of the Coupa platform, supporting system configuration, workflows, integrations, training, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will manage platform upgrades, automation, and supplier enablement processes while assisting end users and functional groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Management:

  • Configure Coupa settings, manage user access, and maintain compliance.

  • Workflow Management:

  • Create approval chains, requisitions, purchase orders, and automate processes across modules.

  • Platform Support:

  • Provide first-level Coupa support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure efficiency.

  • Training & Documentation:

  • Develop training sessions, maintain user guides, and align practices with policies.

  • Upgrades:

  • Coordinate Coupa releases, testing, and enhancements.

  • Analytics & Reporting:

  • Generate reports to aid business decisions and monitor system performance.

  • Collaboration:

  • Partner with teams to gather requirements, communicate updates, and develop solutions.

  • Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify automation opportunities and implement best practices.

  • Integrations:

  • Monitor data integrity, troubleshoot integration issues, and manage imports/exports.

  • Testing:

  • Execute testing protocols (FUT, UAT, regression), maintain test scripts, and ensure compliance.

  • Supplier Enablement:

  • Manage supplier data, forms, and onboarding (cXML, CSP, sFTP).

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience as a Coupa Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Coupa functionalities, process automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, Worksoft).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of reporting, analytics, and workflow design.

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • System knowledge and experience - Coupa, Cognos, SAP, Mosaic, Hyperion
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with systems such as Coupa, Cognos, SAP, Mosaic, Hyperion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and ability to learn new software applications.

  • Proven record of handling multiple projects simultaneously; ability to keep track of various project details, prioritize and coordinate schedules with the team to meet the deadlines

  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Ability to learn new software applications and apply new learning
