Job Description
  • Lead and develop team member(s) through formal and informal coaching, appropriate assignments, and the performance evaluation process to ensure work is appropriately prioritized and processed effectively.
  • Manage liabilities (including but not limited to garnishments, payroll, payroll tax, benefits, PTO, leave of absences, and short-term disability)
  • Analyze, draft amendments, and ensure compliance to payroll policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Conduct and oversee payroll tax payment audits ensuing compliance with federal, state, and local regulations across North America, while also supporting Global Payroll, HR, Financial Reporting and Accounts Payable partners in EMEA, APAC and India
  • Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships to ensure global alignment, data governance, efficiency, and accuracy.
  • Create, review, and distribute payroll reporting metrics to support financial reporting projections, audits, HR reviews and compliance.
  • Coordinate with Financial Reporting & Accounting to maintain general ledger.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in Payroll management
  • Bachelors degree in business, Human Resources, Finance preferred
  • Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft and Microsoft Office programs

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptable and able to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability.
Additional Information

Per Pay Transparency Acts: The range for this position is $105,000-135,000 + bonus potential of up to $5,000.
