What You Will Be Doing: The QA Audit Associate at Trial Interactive supports the planning, coordination, and execution of client audits, along with responding to audit findings and enhancing inspection readiness. This role focuses on developing expertise in audit management, IT systems, and Computer System Validation (CSV), ensuring continuous compliance and preparedness for future inspections. The QA Audit Associate is responsible for performing the following activities, but also all other tasks that are deemed appropriate by their supervisor: Planning and Hosting Client Audits: Assist in the preparation and planning of client audits Support the hosting of client audits by coordinating schedules, gathering necessary documentation, and ensuring smooth audit processes Help manage client inquiries and facilitate communication between clients and internal teams during audits Respond to audit reports by coordinating internal reviews and contributing to long-term resolutions of client audit findings Internal and External Audits: Participate in internal QA audits, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with quality standards Support vendor/supplier audits by assisting in data collection and report generation Assist in regulatory gap assessments, helping the team identify and address potential compliance issues Inspection Readiness: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve inspection readiness by maintaining accurate documentation and implementing QA best practices Contribute to ongoing projects aimed at improving audit processes and overall compliance readiness Who We Are Looking For: Required Experience and Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience) 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, audit coordination, or related fields such as regulatory compliance or IT systems support. Some exposure to QA or audit-related tasks, through internships, coursework, or entry-level roles Interest in developing skills in audits, quality standards, and compliance Required Skills: Basic proficiency in quality assurance (QA) processes Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and team members Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment Familiarity with basic IT concepts and software tools (e.g., spreadsheets, audit management software) Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Desired Skills and Experience: Any previous experience in QA, audit preparation, or data management Familiarity with IT and/or Computer System Validation (CSV) concepts Experience in regulated industries (e.g., pharmaceutical, healthcare) Where Your Career Is Going: At TransPerfect, there are a lot of growth opportunities .
