A Kansas critical access hospital is seeking a dynamic Hospital CFO to oversee all accounting, budgetary, and financial planning activities at their 25-bed facility, which also includes a Long-Term Care Unit, Assisted Living facility, and Rural Health Clinic. The Hospital CFO will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial stability and growth of the organization while working alongside the leadership team to ensure excellence in healthcare delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelors degree from an accredited institution, preferably with a concentration in accounting, with a Masters degree or CPA strongly preferred. A minimum of 3 years of financial management experience is preferred. The Hospital CFO will be responsible for strategic financial leadership, ensuring the hospitals long-term financial sustainability, and aligning financial goals with the organization's mission, vision, and values.

Key responsibilities of the Hospital CFO include providing visionary leadership that fosters a culture of excellence and teamwork, maintaining strong medical staff relations, and ensuring smooth hospital operations.
