Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and reconcile vendor accounts for accounts payable
  • Accounts Receivables
  • Data entry
  • Sort and file mail/invoices
  • Take daily attendance
  • Maintain Employee time off requests
  • Provide customer updates for Body Shop
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Time Management
  • Data Entry
  • QuickBooks experience is a plus
  • Previous body shop experience a plus
  • Experience with CCC a plus
