Responsibilities:
- Maintain and reconcile vendor accounts for accounts payable
- Accounts Receivables
- Data entry
- Sort and file mail/invoices
- Take daily attendance
- Maintain Employee time off requests
- Provide customer updates for Body Shop
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Time Management
- Data Entry
- QuickBooks experience is a plus
- Previous body shop experience a plus
- Experience with CCC a plus
