Lindi Construction Group Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk to join our team. This role is focused on data entry, managing daily expenses, and maintaining accurate project records within SAGE software. This position could evolve into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter daily expenses, project costs, and other financial data into SAGE software.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all project-related financials.
- Track and manage vendor information, cost codes, and project budgets.
- Assist with reconciling project accounts and preparing reports as needed.
- Ensure all financial data is organized and accessible for review by management.
- Provide support with general administrative tasks related to accounting and project management.
Requirements:
- Experience with SAGE 100 software (required). Minimum 2 Years.
- Strong knowledge of construction cost codes and project accounting.
- Basic accounting knowledge, including data entry, cost tracking, and budget management.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in construction or project accounting is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
