We’re seeking an accomplished Controller to join our leadership team and oversee the financial operations of a rapidly growing multifamily real estate portfolio. This is a high-impact, in-office role where you’ll combine institutional-level rigor with hands-on, boutique owner/operator agility—while building systems that scale.
This role is for you if you already:
Bring experience from a top-tier, nationally recognized property management organization.
Possess Entrata expertise
Have hands-on fee management experience supporting third-party clients and complex ownership structures.
Have operated in both large institutional environments and more entrepreneurial, hands-on settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all accounting functions including month-end close, audits, financial reporting, and compliance.
Partner with executive leadership to provide strategic financial insights and support decision-making.
Oversee fee management operations and reporting for ownership and third-party clients.
Develop, refine, and implement financial systems and processes to support continued growth.
Represent the accounting function with owners, investors, and external partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Western U.S. multifamily operations.
Experience supporting large-scale portfolios and institutional ownership reporting (MORs, QBRs, audit protocols).
CPA or MBA designation.
Proficiency with other property management systems such as Yardi or RealPage.
