If so, we are looking for someone like you to join our team. As a QuickBooks Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the success of our accounting department.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Payroll and Employee Taxes
  • Accounts Payables
  • Credit card and bank reconciliation
  • Invoicing
  • Business Taxes and Licenses
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, conducting month-end close, and conducting tax research
  • Administrative and file management duties as assigned

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years' experience in a small office using QuickBooks Online
  • Proficiency in full charge bookkeeping and full cycle accounting
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Data accuracy and maintenance
  • Prioritization and organizational skills
  • Team player
