Grant Accounting Manager (Hybrid)

About the Role

As a Grant Accounting Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing grant-related financial operations. Your work will involve supporting compliance efforts, overseeing budgets, and working with internal teams to maintain seamless grant administration. You’ll collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes and ensure accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee month-end close processes, including financial reporting and variance analysis.

  • Manage grant budgets, track spending, and ensure compliance with grant terms.

  • Prepare audit schedules, address variances, and collaborate with auditors.

  • Work with grant stakeholders to align payment expectations and manage financial contracts.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of accounting experience, including audits and financial close processes.

  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

  • Experience with healthcare or grant accounting is a plus, but not required.
