Book Keeper / Office administrator

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage journal entries, financial statements, and balance sheets
  2. Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
  3. Assist with minor HR duties
  4. Utilize accounting software to maintain general ledger
  5. Handle taxes and bank reconciliations
  6. Manage accounts payable/receivable and financial reporting
  7. Perform bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks
  8. Perform insurance renewals, compliance and related tasks
  9. Demonstrate strong administrative skills
