Audit Senior (Hybrid)

A firm full-service public accounting practice that’s been serving clients with integrity for over 50 years is expanding their Audit team. They're proud of their reputation for personalized service and technical excellence. As audit demand continues to grow across our client base, we’re looking to add a skilled Audit Senior or Supervisor to our team.

You’ll be reporting directly to a highly respected, forward thinking partner — known for being sharp, approachable, and genuinely invested in the success of the team. This is a chance to contribute meaningfully to a growing audit practice while maintaining work-life balance in a hybrid role.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and perform audit engagements for a variety of clients across industries, but with a small focus on nonprofit

  • Manage planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up of audits with minimal supervision

  • Review workpapers, financial statements, and ensure compliance with GAAP and auditing standards

  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients — answering questions, providing insights, and building lasting relationships

  • Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, reviewing work and offering guidance

  • Collaborate with the partner and team to improve processes as the practice continues to grow

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–10 years of public accounting experience with a focus in audit

  • CPA preferred, or actively pursuing CPA or interested in obtaining it

  • Familiarity with CCH Engagement, CS Professional Suite, and QuickBooks or similar tools

  • Strong knowledge of audit procedures, GAAP, and best practices

  • Excellent verbal and written communication — you’ll be client-facing and need to convey complex info clearly and professionally

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player

  • A desire to grow with a firm that values both people and performance
