Accounts Payable/Receivable Associate

We are looking to add a qualified Accounting Specialist to our team who is detail oriented, knowledgeable and ready to grow with our company.  

 

Location and work hours: 

Our office is situated in lovely Newbury Park, CA. 

This position is on site Mon-Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM (start time is reasonably flexible)

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage accounts payable/receivable.

  • Generate monthly financial reports.

  • Assist with payroll processing.

  • Ensure compliance & maintain records.

  • Other projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred or candidates with 3+ years of relevant accounting experience.

  • Masters Degree or current graduate study program is a plus!

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (1+ years preferred).

  • Experience with ADP and/or other payroll software

  • Advanced Excel skills are highly desirable.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.

  • Bilingual is a plus

Benefits:

$24-$30 per hour DOE (approx. $50,000 - $62,000 annually)
