Single point of contact with all impacted departments, facilities and external vendors to ensure all processes and procedures are performed within policy and compliance information.Essential Functions:Responsible for the importing and collecting of employee time data via automated timekeeping system Reviews, audits and reconciles time data to ensure complete and accurate information Perform appropriate tax payments and filings (as assigned) Perform accounting functions related to payroll and tax processing Support month end, quarter end, and year end processing including W-2 filing and distribution Research and analyze pay issues (system/technical, taxes or other deductions, etc.) Document procedures, implement and execute, consistently re-evaluate the efficiency and completeness of the documented processes Manage the process to adhere to all regulatory and compliance payroll rules Provide support to projects that impact payroll processing (requirements gathering, use case development, system testing, and other duties as defined by the SDLC) Create ad-hoc reports to meet the needs of facilities, corporate departments, management and regulatory agencies as requested Minimum Qualifications:
