Interim Assignments will be throughout the US at our various facilities as required but will not be in Brentwood, TN (this location was selected for job posting purposes only).Interim CFO Job Summary:Provides interim financial leadership and management to Lifepoint Hospitals affiliated facilities on a short-term, as-needed basis. Positions may be as short as one month or may run several months. Please note, this job posting will remain open indefinitely as needs arise sporadically and there may be more than one opening at a time. General Responsibilities:Oversees and directs the financial functions of hospital assignments in an interim capacity. Works closely with division leadership and hospital subordinates to coordinate the efficient and effective delivery of care during assignment.Minimum Qualifications:Minimum of five (5) years of related experience in a for-profit hospital CFO leadership position. Bachelors in Accounting required.CPA and/or Masters Degree strongly preferred. Must have strong leadership skills in all areas including with staff, physicians, board members and the community. Must possess strong change management skills and be a change champion. Must have strong assessment skills and an open personality. You will be required to work on-site at the facility during your assignment. Travel may be necessary.
