Responsibilities:
This key accounting/finance team member will develop corporate budgeting and reporting processes under the direction of the Director of Finance.

  • Development of corporate budget and monthly analysis of actual results.
  • Development and documentation of internal control policies and procedures.
  • Research of accounting issues as they arise.
  • Lead contact person in annual audit process.
  • Liaison with outside consultants to implement new accounting and back-office processes.
Skills:
  • Minimum four (4) years public accounting experience.
  • SEC reporting experience a plus.
  • Strong spreadsheet skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented environment.
