Job Title: Donor Database Manager/Accounting Associate Job Company: The Cleveland Clinic Location: Las Vegas, NV Description: Under the direction of the COO/CFO of Keep Memory Alive at the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health, this position functions as a resource for Keep Memory Alive's accounting department regarding the management of KMA's donor data base and assisting the CFO/COO in the administrative tasks surrounding daily operational and financial functions.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Education, Knowledge, and SkillsOffice management and experience in a finance/accounting department recommended. Must have strong PC and mainframe skills and knowledge of various software systems including Microsoft Excel and Word and/or spreadsheet and database management methods. Knowledge of Raiser's Edge and Quick Books a plus. Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and technical writing skills. Must possess strong interpersonal skills, time management skills and organizational skills.REQUIRED LENGTH AND TYPE OF EXPERIENCE:Minimum of five years of progressively responsible work experience.REQUIRED LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, OR REGISTRY:None.REQUIRED PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:Requires the ability to sit and be stationary for prolonged periods of time, normal or corrected vision and manual dexterity sufficient to perform work on a personal computer.
