Technical Skills and Prior Experience Generally 7+ years experience in related field. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines. Experience leading the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting process, including the preparation of the quarterly external reporting package and handling the GL, reconciliation process, investigating and addressing variances as necessary. Experience with cost accounting and reporting for inventory in a manufacturing environment. Must be PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP or other automated accounting system a plus. Must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet required deadlines.
