CPA license, Bachelor's degree, five years of management experience, 5 years of accounting experience related to Taft-Hartley funds, intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, and Quickbooks, training expertise, teambuilding and coaching skills, project management ability, and excellent communication skills are required. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Responsible for all aspects of financial planning, reporting and analysis for the channel and/or key customer(s):
* Provide project support, analyses and business counsel to aid in achievement of volume and profit objectives.
*Ensure compliance with all financial policies and procedures.
*Assist in preparation of channel/key customer business plans, spending and budgets.
*Develop contingency plans and pro-forma models for new business opportunities.
2) Provide financial analysis of account level sales and profitability.
*Provide financial analysis of promotional effectiveness.
*Develop and manage customer P&L.
3) Act as the primary liaison between the team and the customer on all financial matters:
*Penetrate customer’s finance organization.
*Facilitate systems and process to ensure ongoing resolution on deductions and policy violations.
*Monitor performance contracts.
*Proactively identify and help solve for systemic changes in the customer’s and Schering-Plough’s financial processes.
4) Work collaboratively with other channel CFMs and sales colleagues.
5) Develop personal administrative responsibilities in a timely and thorough fashion.

Qualifications:
